Cancellation and refunds are different actions. This page explains the current subscription behavior and the details still being finalized.

Canceling a subscription
Canceling stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund a payment already made. You can manage renewal in your account’s subscription settings; paid access normally remains available until the end of the paid period.
Refund eligibility
The refund request window and conditions for first purchases, renewals and used services are not yet finalized. No refund deadline or approval guarantee is offered by this local draft. Final conditions will be displayed here before production checkout is opened.
Billing and access problems
If a payment appears duplicated, access has not activated or a charge is unfamiliar, keep the payment reference, date and account email. Do not include your full card number or security code in a support request. The verified support address and request process will be added before launch.
What happens after a refund
A confirmed full refund of the current paid subscription period removes the associated paid access. A partial refund or a refund of an older period does not automatically remove a separately valid paid period. Payment-provider confirmation determines when account access is updated.
Processing and local rights
Refund handling depends on the payment provider and payment method. This draft does not promise a processing time. Final terms must account for applicable consumer rights and the operator’s location before public use.
